Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective outreach campaigns to potential clients in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring clear communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proficiency in speaking with a US accent is essential.
- Previous experience in the outsourcing industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
