What's the role
- Dashboard Development: Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards and visualizations that answer both strategic and tactical business questions.
- Pipeline & Workload Management: Own and manage the BI work pipeline, ensuring timely delivery, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
- Value Creation: Identify and unlock new opportunities for business value through analytics
- Team Leadership & Upskilling: Mentor and upskill the BI team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Coding Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of coding and ensure all BI solutions adhere to technical and governance frameworks.
- Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities across reporting, post-campaign analysis, and data preparation workflows.
- Data Quality Tools: Build tools and frameworks to monitor and validate data quality before feeding into dashboards and reports.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with product and platform teams to resolve data quality issues and ensure reliable data flows.
- GenAI & Co-Pilot Integration: Integrate Generative AI and Co-Pilot tools into BI workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity.
- Value Measurement: Develop and apply value measurement frameworks to quantify the impact of BI initiatives and influence business decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and product teams to align BI outputs with strategic needs.
- Quality Assurance: Create and enforce quality assurance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of BI deliverables.
- TAT Commitment: Align the team to meet turnaround times (TAT) and delivery expectations across projects.
- Strategic Influence: Be bold in challenging assumptions, influencing decisions with data, and identifying new value opportunities.
What you bring
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a BI
- At least 2-3 years of experience leading a team
- Expert in Power BI, DAX, Power Automate, PowerApps
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data manipulation
- Experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms
- Familiarity with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory or Alteryx
- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture
- Experience in building Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) frameworks
- Strong grasp of campaign performance tracking, KPI reporting, and marketing analytics
- Ability to create infographic-style decks and compelling visual narratives
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to influence decisions and communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in team management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to understand the entire business workflow and identify areas where BI can drive value
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies for BI tools and solutions
- Strong focus on value creation, scalability, and impact measurement
