If you're a people person with a flair for tech, strategy, and on-ground engagement, this role offers a dynamic blend of field networking and digital transformation selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across the Tri-City region, including SMEs, institutes, and startups.
  • Pitch QCS's IT & Digital Services — Web/App Development, HRMS SaaS, Automation Tools, and Marketing Solutions.
  • Conduct live demos for SaaS products.
  • Build strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and service presentations.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Collect field insights and provide regular market feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing domains.
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, cold outreach, and lead conversion strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Tri-City market and local business landscape.
  • Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication and learning zeal are welcome).

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Allowance.
