Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Wintel Server platforms and manage server virtualization, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual Windows servers.
  • Perform server builds, configurations, root cause analysis, and problem management in alignment with ITIL standards (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server Operating Systems (2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Manage core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Monitor server performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Handle user account management and access rights within Windows Server environments.
  • Design and implement complex infrastructure projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly, including administrative tools and utilities.
  • Ensure system security through access control, backups, and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise applications and services.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Provide backend support to implementation and deployment teams.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork capabilities to drive results.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Bring 6–7 years of experience in managing dynamic and complex Wintel environments.
  • Manage capacity, performance, and availability monitoring to ensure optimal operations.
  • Work with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Possess working knowledge of SAN and NAS storage systems.
  • Have hands-on experience with backup solutions and antivirus administration.
