Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Electrical Estimation Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services. Responsibilities include preparing detailed electrical cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, interpreting specifications and drawings, coordinating with design teams, and preparing technical submissions. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and vendors will be required to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Maintaining accurate project documentation and contributing to effective cost analysis and value engineering solutions will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Electrical Estimation, Budgeting, and Cost Analysis skills
  • Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and relevant industry standards
  • Analytical abilities to identify value engineering opportunities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools related to electrical engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the Electrical or construction industry is a plus
