ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Analyze project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documentation to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs.

·      Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop cost-effective and technically compliant lighting proposals.

·      Evaluate design alternatives and propose value-engineered solutions based on product performance, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility.

·      Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and product specification sheets for client approval.

·      Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure alignment across project requirements and deliverables.

·      Ensure timely and error-free pricing submissions that meet project deadlines and client expectations.

·      Maintain organized documentation for estimations, submittals, and revisions as per project progression.

·      Assist in preparation of tender responses, quotations, and post-tender clarifications.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

·      Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.

· years of relevant experience in estimation, preferably in lighting, MEP, or related industries.

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting layout drawings and schematics.

·      Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for detailed cost breakdowns and analysis.

·      Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

·      Good written and verbal communication skills.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multi-location team environment.
