About the Position:
The position will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Preparing shop drawings of retail project based on the BOQ, tender drawings and specifications.
· Making detailed technical illustrations that translate architectural plans and specifications into clear, actionable instructions for joinery manufacturers and installers.
· Making detailed drawings precisely dimensioned and specifying type of wood, hardware & other materials.
· Drawing Specific joinery techniques, ensuring structural integrity, aesthetics of the finished product.
· Step-by-step instructions that guide production team through assembly process, minimizing errors and ensuring efficient on-site set-up.
· Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time
· Manage multiple complex projects at the same time
Position Requirements:
· years of experience in Retail Fit out and joinery.
· Diploma in Civil Engg. Interior Design or Architecture.
· Knowledge in using AutoCAD and Solid Works is a must.
· Knowledge in space planning commercial interior environment, fit-out detailing & specifications.
