Technical Manager Chip Design Analog

We are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead our Chip Design Analog team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in chip design, analog and mixed-signal design, and semiconductor back-end design.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the development of chip designs using Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
Job Requirements
- Masters in VLSI design from reputed universities like IIT/NIT with a background in Bachelors in Electronics and Communication or a related field.
- Experience with EDA tools specific to analog and mixed-signal design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of chip design principles and semiconductor back-end design.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
