We are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead our Chip Design Analog team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in chip design, analog and mixed-signal design, and semiconductor back-end design.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the development of chip designs using Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

  • Masters in VLSI design from reputed universities like IIT/NIT with a background in Bachelors in Electronics and Communication or a related field.
  • Experience with EDA tools specific to analog and mixed-signal design.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of chip design principles and semiconductor back-end design.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
