VP/AVP - FRM (Fraud Monitoring)

Role & responsibilities :
- Lead and drive the overall fraud risk management strategy including developing, maintaining fraud detection systems and rules related to credit cards
- Oversee the monitoring and analyzing transactions for potentially fraudulent activities and proactively identify and mitigate suspicious behavior/patterns
- Design and implement fraud strategies mitigating the fraud risk while onboarding credit card customers
- Conduct investigations into fraudulent/suspicious activities and submit the reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements in fraud prevention and detection
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fraud related reporting and analysis
- Mentoring and managing the team of fraud risk professionals to build a high-performing unit
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of fraud operating models, fraud patterns, fraud rules and related solutions relevant to credit card business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience of working on fraud detection systems like Falcon, Feedzai etc.
- Expertise in building robust fraud risk management process
