Looking out For:

  • An accomplished
    Client Servicing Specialist
    with proven expertise in building strong client relationships, understanding brand needs, and delivering impactful, results-driven campaigns consistently, particularly within agency environments. Experienced in managing accounts across Hotel, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Corporate, Startup, and Entertainment sectors.
  • 4–5 years of agency experience
    is essential.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Supervise with the assigned CS to engage and ensure the agreed terms and conditions are delivered to all PR clients.
  • Supervise Account Managers on Maintaining Client folders, Internal and External Communications.
  • Holding regular meetings, internal and external, for brand gear shifts by each quarter.
  • Competitor Analysis by each category for better strategic growth.
  • Weekly and Monthly Reports with growth graphs.
  • Collaborate with the PR + IE team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop an out-of-the-box marketing strategy for THP clients with PR account managers.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on client queries across THP platforms.
  • Foster positive interactions with the online community to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Accountability on deliverables and regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Average Accounts up to 20 with a team of 5-6 team members.
