Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative for the customer loyalty programme for a client, located in South Delhi. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing client relationship, ensuring up to date tracking with client, managing project p/l and timely deliveries. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of projects and deliveries. The representative will also handle finance-related queries and support the finance team in invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

  • Client Services and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to assist with invoicing and payments
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in South Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the sports or marketing industry is advantageous
