Job Description:

Mitesh Rathi Classes is seeking a proactive and organized Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of classes, and maintain discipline within the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the institute's premises.
  • Supervise student movements, classroom schedules, and faculty coordination.
  • Ensure discipline, security, and a conducive learning environment.
  • Address student and parent queries related to operational matters.
  • Coordinate with administrative and academic teams for seamless execution of sessions.
  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Assist in organizing tests, events, and other academic activities.
  • Handle any operational challenges efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role (education sector preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
