  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the floor to create a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team to provide updates on floor operations and suggest improvements.
