Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the floor to create a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team to provide updates on floor operations and suggest improvements.
