What we are looking for

The Senior Manager – Security & Transport will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of physical
security and employee transport operations at Paychex India
. This role ensures that employees have a safe and secure working environment, while also providing reliable, costefficient, and compliant transportation solutions. The incumbent will play a key leadership role in aligning local operations with Paychex global facilities strategy and compliance frameworks.

Preference will be given to veterans or exdefense officers with extensive leadership and crisis-management experience.

Job Description

Experience: 14+ years of progressive experience in transport and security management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Preferred Background: Exdefence, paramilitary, or veteran professional with strong operational and crisis-handling experience.

Proven expertise in managing vendors, contracts, and largescale employee transport operations.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, Shops & Establishments Act, and workplace security regulations.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decisionmaking skills under high-pressure situations.
