We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transport Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our transportation services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement of goods and/or personnel, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation operations and logistics.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
• Monitor transport costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Recruit, train, and manage drivers and transport staff.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Handle transport-related incidents and emergencies effectively.
• Optimize routes and schedules for efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare reports and present performance metrics to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Transport Manager or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).

• Experience in same field.
• Certification in logistics or transport management.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
