Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Fresher located in Noida. The HR Fresher will be responsible for handling daily HR activities, such as recruiting, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and assisting in HR policy formulation. The role also includes coordinating with different departments, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Recruiting and Onboarding skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage employee records
  • Knowledge of HR policy formulation and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with different departments and support employee engagement activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
