Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher - HR at Opalina Technologies, located in Noida. The HR fresher will handle day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding processes, and maintaining HR records. Additional responsibilities include assisting in policy development, coordination with different departments, and helping to ensure a smooth operational workflow.
