We're Hiring: Growth Lead

Location: Bangalore, On-site

Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12–14 LPA

House of Zelena is redefining how India supports mothers with comfortwear, care, and community. As we enter our next phase of scale, we're looking for a Growth Lead who can take full ownership of revenue growth across the funnel from awareness to conversion to retention.

What You'll Own

You'll lead and drive House of Zelena's topline and NR growth by:

  • Owning end-to-end growth metrics: CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV, and contribution margin
  • Leading cross-functional pods including Performance Marketing, Branding, Retention/CRM, and Graphics/Creatives
  • Building and managing the growth calendar new campaigns, drops, category launches, sale events, influencer bursts
  • Driving daily channel performance (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Email, etc.) and collaborating closely with agencies
  • Running experiments across new channels, creatives, landing pages, and targeting cohorts
  • Aligning brand and growth strategy to tell powerful stories and drive numbers
  • Reporting performance weekly, owning dashboards, and spotting gaps/opportunities

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of growth experience at a D2C brand, startup, or consumer tech company
  • Comfortable leading teams, working cross-functionally, and managing both execution and strategy
  • Strong analytical skills you love data but also get content, copy, and what converts
  • Experience working with ad platforms (Meta, Google), attribution tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Bonus: experience managing agencies, creative teams, and revenue-linked brand campaigns
