About the Role

We're looking for a
data-driven and innovative SEO Executive

who can create, implement, and optimize SEO strategies across diverse industries. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with new ideas, staying updated on the latest Google algorithms, and leveraging
AI-powered SEO tools

to deliver measurable growth.

As part of
Growth Hackers—one of India's fastest-growing performance marketing and AI-first agencies—you'll work closely with our content, design, and media teams

to ensure our clients' websites not only rank but also convert.


Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored for client objectives (on-page, off-page & technical).

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content optimization.

  • Build and manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority.

AI & Innovation in SEO

  • Experiment with AI/LLM-driven SEO tools for keyword targeting and content optimization.

  • Use automation to identify ranking opportunities and improve website performance.

  • Stay ahead of AI-driven changes in search algorithms.

Technical SEO & Audits

  • Perform detailed SEO audits to resolve issues like indexing, crawlability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.

  • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement fixes.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor SEO KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions).

  • Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine SEO strategies for improved ROI.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong command of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

  • Familiarity with AI-based SEO/content tools is a strong plus.

  • Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategies.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
