Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
SEO Executive
with
2–3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective SEO strategies - including
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
and
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive
    SEO strategies
    tailored to the e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct thorough
    keyword research
    to identify high-potential keywords and opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Perform
    technical SEO audits
    to identify and fix issues related to website architecture, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Implement
    AEO and GEO strategies
    to enhance visibility across AI-driven and generative search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as
    Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
    , or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices are integrated into content creation and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest
    industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO/AEO/GEO best practices
    .
  • Conduct
    competitor analysis
    to identify opportunities and gaps in our SEO strategy.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Work closely with the
    development team
    to implement technical SEO recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience
    as an SEO Executive, preferably in the
    e-commerce industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO, AEO, and GEO principles, techniques, and best practices
    .
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as
    Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
    , or similar platforms.
  • Experience with
    CMS and e-commerce platforms
    (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    is an added advantage.
