Urgent opening for the profile of Manager IMS & Sustainability at location Muumbai (Lower Parel).

Qualification Requirement:

  • M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry), B.Sc. (Chemistry) or B tech.
  • 8-10 years of experience.

Requisite skills and knowledge :

  • Knowledge of management of Integration management system, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2004, ISO 26000, ISO 22000 Food Safety, RC (Responsible care), etc.
  • Familiarity with REACH regulations and customer compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of ESG, GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), and SDG (Sustainable Development Goals ) frameworks for sustainability reporting
  • Must have excellent documentation, Audit and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage external auditors, and engage stakeholders.
  • Proactive, analytical, with ability to interact with auditors, regulators & customers.
  • Good with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.

Job Role / Description

  • Lead, maintain, and continually improve ISO & Integrated Management Systems across the company.
  • Drive sustainability strategy: energy, water, waste, carbon footprint reduction, and circular economy initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible Care, REACH, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and publish sustainability/ESG reports aligned with GRI Standards and UN SDGs.
  • Handle customer compliance questionnaires on regulatory, ISO, and sustainability matters.
  • Act as company representative during internal/external audits, surveillance, and certifications.
