Compensation: ₹75,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month + Profit Share + Performance Equity

Role Objective

The COO will be the on-ground execution head and business-technical integrator for all 10 AI products at Makhija Quantum AI.

You'll build the company from scratch — designing its structure, recruiting full teams, leading IT and product development, and ensuring every project becomes operationally and financially successful.

This role blends business strategy + technical leadership + hands-on execution inside the Mumbai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities1 End-to-End Execution

  • Lead development, deployment, and commercialization of 10 AI-based SaaS products.
  • Convert founder vision into 90-day roadmaps and enforce delivery timelines.
  • Oversee daily coordination between product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.

2 Company & Team Building

  • Establish complete corporate structure — Product, Tech, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary in-house team.
  • Implement performance systems, review cycles, and growth KPIs for every vertical.

3 Technical Leadership

  • Supervise full-stack and AI/ML teams — architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and deployment.
  • Evaluate and integrate tools (OpenAI, Supabase, , AWS, n8n etc.).
  • Ensure scalability, code quality, and security standards.

4 Business & Financial Leadership

  • Define revenue models, pricing, and product-market fit strategy for each app.
  • Track MRR, CAC, LTV, and profit metrics — target profitability within 90 days of launch.
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.

5 Operations & Systems

  • Create unified execution dashboards (Notion / ClickUp / Airtable).
  • Automate repetitive workflows to minimize manual effort.
  • Oversee internal IT systems, licensing, and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7 – 15 years experience in technology / AI / SaaS operations or product leadership.
  • Business-minded technologist — understands both P&L and product architecture.
  • Proven ability to build companies and teams from zero.
  • Strong grasp of software development, AI/ML tools, and automation systems.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and people leadership skills.
  • Must work onsite daily at Powai HQ (Mumbai).
