Responsibilities :

• Manage cases submitted on Salesforce to build out campaigns.
• Develop an amicable customer relationship/experience on every case submitted.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through proactive communication on cases handled.
• Build accurate, valid, and complete campaign/ad groups/ads by using the build tracker provided.
• Follow processes defined to ensure smooth turn around of cases and track progress on them.
  Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge on digital marketing and ad trafficking.
• Proven ad trafficking experience.
• Track record of accurate campaign builds.
• Strong command over written language.
• Strong email communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems.
