Counter Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Retail Counter Sales Executive to join our team at our retail counter, which specializes in industrial valves. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and a strong willingness to assist customers in selecting the right products, while ensuring smooth retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries at the retail counter.
- Provide accurate information about industrial valves, their specifications, and applications.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on stock availability.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
- Assist in keeping the retail counter organized and presentable.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory updates.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and organizing products.
- Provide basic administrative support, such as data entry, order processing, and inventory checks using computer systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
- Drafting emails & Responding to Emails.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn and understand technical products like industrial valves.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
