Job Responsibilities :
- Build and manage relationships with colleges, TPOs, and Students.
- Develop and maintain channel partner relationships for lead generation.
- Execute branch-specific digital marketing, social media management, and ORM.
- Plan and manage in-branch branding, creatives, posters, and signage.
- Organize and execute internal and external events, workshops, and seminars.
- Plan and monitor BTL campaigns including hoardings, kiosks, and outdoor activations.
- Track leads, conversions, and prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team for strategy alignment and resource
support.
- Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement
opportunities, and brand building.
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, hiring drives, hackathons, or
expert sessions on-campus and virtually.
- Help build and scale Itvedant brand as the go-to partner for industry collaboration in
tech upskilling.
- Ensure increased visits at the branches and secure enrollments for the program.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership
programs and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and pursue new B2B partnership opportunities with higher educational
institutions and other relevant organisations.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value
propositions of itvedant products and offerings to potential partners.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Skills and Preferences -
- Experience in ATL/BTL marketing and college partnership management
- An individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal
abilities, and presentation skills.
- Apart from good English proficiency, individuals whose native language is an Addon
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to take full responsibility for projects and partnerships, delivering quality
results.
- Data analysis and campaign performance tracking abilities
- Motivated, energetic, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent presentation skills, including body language, dressing, and demeanor that
reflect professionalism in client meetings and events.
- Able to speak and write (work) in English fluently
- Good at dealing with ambiguity and able to figure things out for yourself
