This is a role you can own with room to grow in an internal marketing department, You'll spend your days ideating, creating content, and developing social media strategies for business

  • Create and maintain a professional social media strategies, campaigns, and a comprehensive social media content calendar while overseeing overall social media engagement and interaction.
  • Creating short-form videos that capture attention and engage audiences.
  • Design eye catching, eye-catching assets (posts, stories, carousels) for daily and weekly use..
  • Maintain brand kits, templates, and an organized asset library.
  • Write on-brand captions,(CTAs), and effective hashtags to boost engagement and leads..
  • Monitor comments/DMs, escalate inquiries when needed, and assist with basic community engagement.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Skills

  • Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Platform Knowledge: Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Pinterest, including best practices for caption writing, hashtag research, and optimal posting times.
  • Tools: Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite). Experience with Google Ads and Google Business Pages.
  • Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and comfort managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Great to Have:

Software: After Effects, Figma.

Skills: Carousel storytelling, basic landing/lead-form setup, and SEO knowledge (training will be provided).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 15 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
