Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling:Developing, creating, and scheduling compelling text, image, and video content tailored to specific social media platforms.
- Community Management:Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community to foster brand loyalty and provide customer service.
- Strategic Planning:Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns that align with overall brand goals.
- Performance Analysis:Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring:Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Brand Consistency:Ensuring a unified brand voice and consistent messaging across all social media channels.
