Key responsibilities:
This is a Business Training position to support Training interventions for Sales Force in Emerging Markets. The key responsibilities of this position are- support in Therapy, Product & Skill trainings of Sales Reps & Field Level Managers (FLM) by conducting Virtual & In person trainings such as Induction, Basic Training Programs, Selling Skills & on the job training through joint field work in the assigned region.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Training Lead to design, plan & conduct the customized training initiatives for the assigned region in emerging markets in a planned manner
- Conduct On Job Training through Joint Field Work & map the effort, impact & identified training needs
- Conducting on boarding & Basic Training program of Sales Reps & FLMs for key therapies of the region
- Responsible for capability development of Sales Reps in terms of key product & therapy Knowledge and required selling skills
- Develop training modules and presentations on therapy, products & soft skills ensuring accuracy and alignment to the training needs
- Conduct coaching Manager Development Programs for the FLMs to build their coaching behaviors.
- Manage projects on digital content development by collaborating with internal medical/marketing team & external service providers
- Manage LMS account for User, Content & Data Management.
- Creating & maintaining a database of training records for each trained, untrained employee.
- Ensure follow up for attendance & adoption for all learning interventions yielding better learning retention and business outcomes
- Liaise cross functionally to align with training goals and plans
- Drive digital learning through e-learning modules on LMS & share analytics
Related Experience requirement:
- Experience in conducting sales training programs for MRs & First Line Managers in a reputed Pharma company.
- Prior experience in International Markets would be an added advantage
- Stakeholder Management(external)- Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Learning Vendors & Service Providers
- Stakeholder Management(internal)- Sales, Marketing & Medical function across EM
Competency requirement:
- Good Communication, Presentation Skills & interpersonal skills (Must)
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales with a good track record (Must)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Highly technology Proficient (Virtual training and associated computer skills)
- Instructional Design & Delivery skills
- Ability to multitask
- Learning Agility & ability to adapt in multicultural environment
- Must have a valid passport for International Travel
- Team player
Physical requirements/working conditions:
The role is office based but will involve frequent international travel for conducting Training Programs & Field Work in the assigned regions.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Degree in health science with knowledge of commercial/marketing function in pharma industry
Experience
Preferably 5+ years in training & 5+ years as MR/FLM in Pharma
