About the Role

At Pet Tools Pvt. Ltd., we believe strong brands are built through meaningful digital connections. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can bring creativity, strategy, and performance together to strengthen our online presence and engage B2B audiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of social media management, paid campaigns, and B2B content strategy — ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sector.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated marketer to take ownership of campaigns, contribute ideas, and make a visible impact on brand growth. Assist in creating email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation initiatives for sales support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy for LinkedIn and Facebook tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Create or coordinate high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, case studies) that highlights Pet Tools' products, achievements, and brand story.
  • Manage community engagement — responding to comments, inquiries, and interactions professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep our digital strategy current and relevant.

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Support brand-building initiatives, product launches, and trade event promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to guide decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (preferably in a B2B/manufacturing setup).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and content-writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns, manage time efficiently, and work cross-functionally.

Preferred:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of lead generation strategies in B2B markets.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like HubSpot, etc.
