Job Description

Knowtifics Technologies is hiring an Academics Program Specialist who can handle both academic program management and technical training delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end academic operations, student affairs, and faculty coordination, while also stepping in as a trainer for AWS, Linux, or DevOps programs. This is a dual-role position for someone who is equally strong in academics and technology.

Responsibilities

Academic Management

  • Manage program planning, scheduling, and faculty coordination.
  • Handle student enquiries, complaints, and academic support.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and documentation.
  • Ensure quality assurance of learning content and delivery (LMS/E-learning).
  • Organize workshops, certifications, and academic events.

Training & Delivery

  • Deliver hands-on technical sessions on AWS, Linux, and DevOps.
  • Guide learners through labs, projects, and certification preparation.
  • Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for curriculum design and assessments.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication (Tamil & English mandatory)
  • Academic management and student affairs experience
  • Knowledge of AWS, Linux, and DevOps
  • Familiarity with LMS/E-learning platforms and content testing
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage both academic operations and training delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration (preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in academic coordination/training roles
  • AWS/Linux/DevOps certifications preferred
