Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and meeting client expectations.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery:
  • Oversee multiple client projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, content) to ensure that all client requirements are met.
  • Monitor project performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Client Strategy & Planning:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and create strategic marketing and design plans.
  • Propose new ideas, trends, and strategies to enhance client projects and brand positioning.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and project reviews, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring projects stay within scope and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Track expenses, contracts, and deadlines to maintain transparency and accountability.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals, including content calendars and campaign plans.
  • Create engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing for brand voice and target audience.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Community Management:
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful online communities.
  • Monitor social media performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and analytics.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and report performance regularly to clients.
  • Use insights to continuously refine and improve content and strategy.
  • Ad Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize ads for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
