We are now seeking a passionate and proactive Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online engagement, increase awareness, and improve ad performance.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support our digital growth initiatives. This includes managing PPC campaigns, posting daily on Google Business Profile (GMB), handling social media, and promoting content for brand awareness and audience engagement.

You will work closely with the clinic leadership to implement a marketing strategy that reflects our premium brand identity.

Advertising & Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and improve PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to generate inquiries and conversions.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, audiences, and creative to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Track spending and campaign results and provide weekly insight reports.

Social Media & Engagement:

  • Create, schedule, and publish daily posts on Google Business Profile (GMB), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Strategically boost reels and high-engagement posts to increase visibility and reach.

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a way that aligns with our brand.

  • Collaborate with the clinic team for content ideas, patient stories, and sharing testimonials.

Content Optimization:

  • Make sure ongoing content aligns with our brand aesthetics, SEO, and audience intent.

  • Provide weekly insights and recommendations on content performance.

  • Use analytics tools to understand engagement patterns and improve content strategy.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in PPC advertising (Google/Facebook/Instagram).

  • Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile and daily posting.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, reels, and engagement tactics.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, GMB Metrics).

  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.

  • Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.

  • Availability to be present at the clinic part-time each week.

  • Basic graphic design or Canva experience is a plus.

WORK DETAILS

  • Part-Time Position
  • On-site attendance at the clinic required for coordination & reporting
  • Weekly hours to be mutually agreed
  • Performance incentives may apply based on campaign success

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
