Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, improve engagement, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, blogs, and digital ads.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website ranking and traffic.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns with clear ROI targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and promotional material.
  • Handle email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM updates.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience in running paid ads (Google & Meta).
  • Good understanding of content creation and social media management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate or consulting industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Canvas & video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM, landing pages, and automation tools.
