Job Summary:
We're looking for an energetic and friendly Client Success Executive to foster outstanding relationships with our customers and build trust through exceptional support—all from the comfort of home.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional, warm manner,
- Accurately maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system,
- Promptly resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency,
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and clear, positive communication in every interaction,
- Maintain good customer relations by building strong and transparent interpersonal connection with the customers,
- Assist with upselling when appropriate, to support business goals,
- Ensure seamless availability during business hours,
- Coordinate with designated senior officials and follow their instructions carefully and diligently,
- Solve problems and issues in the most creative and effective way,
- Should be flexible enough to handle other works as assigned by the manager,
- Should be willing to work outside normal work hours whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
- Excellent and fast interpersonal relationship building ability
- Good English communication (both verbal and written)
- Excellent escalations handling ability
- Problem solving abilities
- Should be able to work under pressure
