Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sourcing and Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in raw material sourcing, vendor coordination. This role requires strong negotiation ability and travelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for raw materials, tools, and equipment.
- Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requirements as needed.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and dealers.
- Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to showcase products.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of sourcing/purchasing and marketing activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Willingness to travel for vendor and customer visits.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or marketing (Freshers may also apply).
Work Location: Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 10000 in hand & TA, DA allowances.
