Be a part of an Awesome Tribe Role - Senior Business Analyst Experience - 5 years Job Description: · Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of functional and non-functional requirements from diverse business stakeholders. · Manual Reconciliation of records (project specific requirement) · Process Modeling: Analyze and map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and performance. · Solution Design & Testing: Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, and support the QA team by reviewing test cases and validating the final solution against business needs. · Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and negotiation sessions to drive consensus and effectively communicate project progress and requirements status to all levels of the organization. · Project Methodology: Apply expertise in project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall) to manage backlogs, prioritize user stories, and ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle. · Tool Proficiency: Utilize requirements management and modeling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BPMN software) to maintain a single source of truth for all project documentation. · Gathering business and functional requirements. · Developing requirements documents: goal model, functional modeling, business process, customer interactions/wireframes; writing high-level user requirements (Epics and User Stories) and Process flows/analysis in JIRA · Preparing use cases and formal requirements documentation. · Analyzing and simplifying the requirement scenarios and be able to write prerequisites, Acceptance Criteria. Work closely with the business and technology to gather & write end to end business testing requirements and acceptance criteria. · Ensuring that releases are getting completed as per timeline and quality by working closely with the product delivery team and keeping daily track of progress. · Coordinate UAT activities prior to new product releases and client onboarding events including tracking of defects and progress of resolution.
