Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Roles:

  2. Identify and source candidates for various positions

  3. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract top talent.

  4. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for the roles.

  5. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

  6. Candidate Management:

  7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

  8. Maintain a talent pool and build relationships with potential candidates for future openings.

  9. Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  10. Stakeholder Management:

  11. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

  12. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management.

  13. Recruitment Strategy and Process Improvement:

  14. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  15. Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  16. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  17. Employer Branding:

  18. Promote the company's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.

  19. Participate in career fairs, job expos, and other recruitment events to enhance the company's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment,

  • Excellent sourcing skills with proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Strong understanding of different job functions and industries, both technical and non-technical.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹35,000.00 per month
