What You Will Achieve:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring the best candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers,

develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Administer skills assessments, tests, and evaluations as needed to assess candidate suitability.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as necessary.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing feedback and updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
