Design& Development:

Configure and implement solutions using Duck Creek Claims Suite.

Customize claims workflows, pages, and rules. Work on creation of DB scripts, Console configuration.

Integration& Performance:

Integrate Duck Creek with other systems using SOAP/REST web services.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaboration:

Work closely with business analysts, testers, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Quality& Support:

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.

Provide post-production support and enhancements.

Documentation:

Maintain technical documentation for configurations and processes.

Required Skills& Experience:

Hands-on experience with Duck Creek tools:

Console, API, Claims DB knowledge

Strong proficiency in:

C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, angular

Experience with:

Claims setup, transactions, business rules, and validations

Debugging and performance tuning in Duck Creek applications

Familiarity with RESTful/SOAP APIs and integration patterns

Knowledge of U.S. P insurance domain (FNOL, Subrogation, Adjuster Workflow)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)

Duck Creek certifications (Claims Author, Integration)

Agile/Scrum methodology experience
