The Opportunity
We're seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Outreach Specialist
to drive our client acquisition efforts through strategic email outreach campaigns. If you're someone who thrives on connecting with prospects, crafting compelling messages, and turning cold leads into warm conversations—this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Execute Strategic Outreach Campaigns
- Research and identify high-potential clients across target industries
- Design and execute structured cold email campaigns that generate real interest
- Personalize outreach sequences to maximize engagement and response rates
Drive Performance & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and optimize outreach metrics using CRM/automation tools
- Continuously refine messaging and strategy based on data insights
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and pipeline progression
Build Meaningful Connections
- Engage with prospects on LinkedIn to build relationships (where relevant)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and support pipeline growth
- Contribute to our go-to-market strategy with insights from frontline conversations
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in email outreach, business development, or lead generation
- Exceptional written communication skills—you know how to craft emails that get opened, read, and replied to
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools (Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar)
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Strong research and analytical skills—you dig deep to understand prospects
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in SaaS or email marketing industry
- LinkedIn outreach experience and social selling skills
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
