Operating under two brand names, J's Shack caters to the HoReCa market, while Aai's Kitchen offers clean-label Indian food and beverage products through direct-to-consumer and retail channels. Role Overview

We're looking for a
mid-level field sales professional
who can not only drive sales but also
manage last-mile delivery operations
.

This is a hybrid role — part sales, part operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both clients and blue-collar teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Manage existing retail and HoReCa clients, ensuring consistent order flow and timely fulfillment.
  • Prospect and onboard new retail stores, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Track sales performance, collections, and route performance.
  • Coordinate with production for demand forecasting and daily dispatch planning.

Delivery & Operations:

  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery team — drivers, field delivery executives, and helpers.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods, including handling returns and replacements.
  • Maintain accountability for delivery route efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and monitor blue-collar staff on punctuality, hygiene, and customer behavior.
  • Enforce stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and delivery SOPs.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 3–7 years of field sales experience in FMCG, HoReCa, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage a blue-collar workforce (delivery boys, drivers, loaders, etc.).
  • Strong on-ground execution and communication skills — both verbal and written (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred).
  • Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic CRM apps).
  • Self-driven, reliable, and willing to get hands dirty when needed.

Good-to-Have:

  • Prior experience in food services or packaged food sales.

  • Pay:
    Competitive, depending on experience (we're not paymasters yet, but we reward ownership and results).

    Very high. The person in this role will scale directly with the company — potentially leading sales and logistics as we expand into new cities.
