Role Overview

The Lead Executive – B2B will be responsible for handling incoming B2B leads, nurturing them, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role focuses on maintaining the lead pipeline, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team for closure.Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming B2B leads via calls, emails, or other channels.
  • Qualify leads and provide relevant information about Dermatouch products and solutions.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to ensure lead conversion.
  • Update and track all lead activities in CRM or lead management system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Lead on lead status and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead handling, inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
