As an
Inside Sales Intern,

you will drive student enrollments for our upskilling programs. Your role involves lead generation, counselling, and converting prospects into successful admissions while working closely with the marketing team to enhance engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the career aspirations of students and guide them towards the right programs at ShikshaVertex.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, colleges, and universities.
  • Ensure a smooth student journey from inquiry to enrollment with timely support and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and conversions.
  • Gather feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align with organizational goals and growth targets.

Compensation

  • Internship Period (4 months):
    ₹15,000/month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
  • First 10 working days: On-the-job training (unpaid)
