Role Overview – Inside Sales Trainee
As an Inside Sales Trainee at TeachMaven, the role is designed for fresh graduates eager to build solid foundations in sales, business development, and the edtech industry. Trainees work within the inside sales and development team, focusing on driving student enrollments, nurturing relationships, and supporting partnerships with educational institutions and industry collaborators.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective students, colleges, and corporate partners via calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Research and analyze target markets to generate qualified leads and new outreach opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into active prospects.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with colleges, placement cells, and student communities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and business outreach targets.
Compensation
- Probation Period (2 months): ₹30,000 per month (fixed).
- Post-Probation: Performance-based structure with fixed and variable components, up to ₹7 LPA.
