Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Inside Sales Trainees (Freshers) to join our Edu Tech sales team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in Inside Sales, lead generation, and customer interaction.

You will receive structured training, continuous mentorship, and hands-on learning to build a strong foundation in EduTech sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities (Revised for Inside Sales Trainee)

  • Product Understanding:

Learn about AcceleratorX's EduTech products, pricing, features, and benefits during training.

  • Inbound & Outbound Calling:

Make calls to potential students, parents, and institutions to explain product offerings.

  • Lead Generation:

Identify new prospective clients through online research, social media, and marketing campaigns.

  • Lead Qualification:

Understand customer needs, check their interest level, and qualify leads before sending to senior executives.

  • Scheduling Product Demos:

Arrange demo sessions and meetings between potential clients and the sales/product team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any graduate (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Freshers Encouraged: No prior experience is needed; full training will be provided.
  • Good Communication: Clear verbal communication in English and local languages.
  • Sales Interest: Eagerness to learn sales, interact with customers, and build client relationships.
  • Basic Tech Skills: Ability to use MS Office, email, calling tools, and CRM (training provided).
  • Learning Attitude: Positive mindset, willingness to improve, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
