About the Role – Media Team Lead

At StarEast HealthTech, a rapidly expanding startup in the healthcare technology and services sector, we are at the forefront of using innovative solutions to enhance healthcare services. Our media team plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content that supports both our internal objectives and the needs of our healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. We are seeking an experienced Media/Graphics Team Manager to lead this dynamic team in Pune, India.

Position Summary:

The Media/Graphics Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our media team, which includes specialists in graphic design, video editing/production, and animation. This role demands a leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Additionally, the manager will be tasked with ideating and implementing innovative and creative project ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Location – Pune, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the media team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Plan, execute, and oversee multimedia projects from conception through to completion.
• Innovate and develop new project ideas that enhance the visual and interactive appeal of our content.
• Coordinate with other department heads to ensure multimedia content aligns with company goals and client expectations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance workflow and quality of output.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Train and develop team members in new skills and technologies in the multimedia sphere.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design, video production, and animation to keep the team ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Media Production, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in multimedia creation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production, and animation.
• Proven track record of managing multimedia teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
• Proficient in the latest multimedia software and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
