Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Team Lead is based in Pune.Only night operations .The Team Lead will manage day-to-day operations, lead and motivate team members, ensure smooth delivery processes, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with various departments for operational efficiency. They are responsible for performance monitoring, continuous process improvements, and maintaining high service standards. The Team Lead will also be accountable for training new team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus
