Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Head to lead new property launches, expansions, and large-scale operational projects across Delhi-NCR. The role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for new hostel properties.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards for expansion projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Supervise fit-outs, interiors, facility setup, and compliance requirements.
  • Implement SOPs and ensure project handover to operations team post-completion.
  • Monitor risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and provide regular project status updates to management.
  • Drive cost optimization while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead a team of executives/managers and provide guidance on project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil/Interior, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in project management (hospitality/real estate/startup/operations background preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Willingness to travel across project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹125,000.00 per month
