Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Survey Manager, located in West Bengal, India. The Survey Manager will be responsible for managing and executing land and construction surveys, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation. Day-to-day tasks include field data collection, supervising survey teams, analyzing survey data, and preparing detailed reports. This role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and site staff to ensure project requirements are met and completed effectively.
Qualifications
- Surveying, Land Surveying, and Construction Surveying skills
- Proficiency in using survey instruments such as GPS, total stations, and theodolites
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and report preparation
- Familiarity with GIS software and AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
