Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized therapy plans. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients' conditions, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role entails working with children and adults to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of Medicine and Pediatrics
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, parents, and caregivers
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working in a therapeutic or clinical environment is preferred
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children and adults with special needs
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
